Humans Input vs Copilot

For years, Microsoft Dynamics has relied heavily on human input — from manually entering customer data and updating records to analysing reports and managing day-to-day processes. While human knowledge and experience remain essential, these tasks can often be repetitive, time-consuming, and open to inconsistencies. With the introduction of Microsoft Copilot, the conversation is beginning to shift. Instead of replacing people, Copilot promises to support users by automating routine tasks, generating insights faster, and helping teams work more efficiently within Dynamics. The real question, however, is where the balance should sit between human expertise and AI assistance, and whether Copilot truly enhances productivity without losing the critical thinking and personal understanding that businesses still depend on.
